Day in the Life:
The Hardware Analyst, Store Infrastructure is responsible for the adhering to the service level agreements, creating documentation to support store infrastructure, reporting in our incident management tool (Cherwell), problem management and overall ticket reduction. The position requires full understanding of hardware and applications running on our list of qualified and selected hardware and services. This includes maintaining a matrix of all equipment and documenting supportability and serviceability. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards are met for sensitive customer data. Work closely with cross-functional teams across various IT departments including, infrastructure, network, information security, project management and help desk. The position will work closely with 3rd party vendors supporting the Infrastructure team, specifically our onsite services and ad-hoc repair centers. The position will also be responsible for the facilitation of all Incident queues in the Store Infrastructure area.
