TheHuman Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities within the organization in compliance with state, federal and local regulations. The HR Manager develops policies and procedures and directs and coordinates all aspects of the human resources department including but not limited to employee relations, compensation, training and development, talent acquisition and management, performance management, compliance, and benefit administration.
