We are seeking a Sous Chef and Line Cooks with a commitment to quality and service. Excellent 150 seat fine dining restaurant located on the water featuring regional American cuisine with an international flair.
The Sous Chef position is a hands-on position that requires supervising and training the hot and cold line cooks and dishwashers as well as planning and preparing dinner for a staff of 100 nightly.
The work schedule is six-day/nights per week. Salary DOE. This position starts in mid-May and runs through October.
