Hot N Juicy Crawfish has an excellent job opportunity for a *HR Recruiter. *As the HR Recruiter, you will be based out of the Falls Church, Virginia office.
*In this role, you will: *
* Be responsbile for full cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior leader positions.
* Creatively source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
* Oversee all requisitions in full compliance with employment laws and company policy.
* Establish and track key metrics related to producer talent acquisition and performance.
* Collaborate with the HR manager to identify hiring needs for all locations.
* Be comfortable working independently and with a team.

*Requirements: *
* 5 years of full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt employees.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Working knowledge of employment laws (multi-state).
* Ability to work 50-55 hours per week.
* Restaurant recruiting experience is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
