An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr. Materials Management Analyst within Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technology business. This position will be responsible for managing and improving the supply and demand management process globally across the Life Sciences, Protective, and Industrial Solutions (LPI) division of the Advanced Materials business.

Key Responsibilities
Create rolling production plan for 18-month period by product line.
Generate a preliminary production plan consistent with planning method, target DOS policies and available capacity (RCCP or Rough Cut Capacity Plan) across global network.
Balance Supply with Demand and communicate risks and opportunities to facilitate business decision making.
Determine target DOS and planning method policies for major products with input from business and segment leaders.
Maintain production planning related master data (Product Groups, Target DOS, Key Safety Stock, Resources, Materials) and utilize production planning system of record.
Implement replenishment strategies and time fence management policies.
Prepare and provide supply related data as required to support Sourcing, STRAP, AOP, Financial, and SIOP business processes as required.
Drive supply network optimization for cost, capacity and customer service
Supply Chain focal point for New Product Introduction, New Business/Policies & Manufacturing footprint change initiatives.
Partner with business to drive alignment between the Demand forecast, supply plan, financial outlooks, and supply strategies that will enable success for the business.
Ensure all participants contribute to the SIOP process within the agreed upon timing.
Monitor mid-cycle demand variances and trends at Product Group, Customer and SKU levels and provide recommendations.
Maintain OTTR (On Time To Request), OTFP (On Time For Promise) and Sales Order Past Due data, analyze root causes for misses and implement corrective actions.
Conduct PFEP analysis on quarterly basis and develop / execute improvement actions.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, or finance is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar discipline is required

Experience using Advanced Planning and Scheduling tools (SAP APO, Kynaxis, JDA/Manugistics, etc.).
Experience and comfort using all MS Office applications.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred (Black Belt a plus)
Demonstrated ability to use influence to obtain business results.
Experience working in a matrix organization preferred.
APICS certification (a plus)
