Position Purpose:
The Compliance Program Effectiveness (CPE) team serves as a strategic and innovative partner to The Home Depot’s internal teams working in high risk compliance areas. The CPE Manager is responsible for driving execution of project-based compliance risk assessment, analytics, monitoring and consulting. The CPE Manager will oversee the implementation of data analytics to track compliance, identify risks and document recommendations. The CPE Manager will collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization to complete compliance assessments. The individual must possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills while developing a thorough understanding of the relevant compliance regulations to manage risks. Responsibilities also include managing direct reports and supporting the Sr. Manager with the development of the company’s Compliance Effectiveness assessment program.
