We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help in our ongoing initiative to mature the value of our reporting quality, analysis, and automation. This role will require you to be a data-driven problem solver. The Data Analyst will work in many areas of our business, including generating templated reports for external clients and creating visualizations of trends for internal stakeholders. In this role you should be comfortable working with multiple tables and datasets and have knowledge of writing SQL, R, Python, or a similar language and be comfortable working in data visualization software.

Day-To-Day Projects:
· Campaign Reporting: Be the main contact with the ad ops team. Build on the current automated templated reports as needed, answer client questions, create new reporting templates as requested, and generate campaign focused reports & analysis as clients request.
· Hive Analysis: A visual dashboard in Power BI that shows trends in the work being done by our teams. This will require the ability to manipulate data to appear correctly in the dashboard.
· List Match Requests: Manage list match requests as the come in. Approximately 5 per week.
· Data Cleaning: Work on standardizing and cleaning the data in our database.
· CDP Implementation: With a selected vendor, you will import 2 years of legacy data. You will help format the datasets based on the vendor requirements. You will also assist with the set-up of the platform itself.
The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, New York City, California, and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
