Relevant de la Gérante de la Restauration, la personne en poste coordonne le travail quotidien des employé(e)s du restaurant, du bar et du comptoir pour emporter et du service aux chambres. Plus particulièrement, elle supervise les employé(e)s, prépare les horaires de travail et coordonne les différentes tâches afin d’assurer la qualité du service ainsi que le respect des normes établies.
