イタリアンレストランのオペレーションを監督し、優れたゲストサービス体験を提供する仕事です。
1. オペレーションの監督
2. チームメンバーのシフトとスケジュールの作成、スムーズなオペレーション、他部署との連携・ミーティング、原価管理。
3. チームのパフォーマンスを評価し、フィードバックし、必要に応じてトレーニングを実施する。
4. 目標を達成するために、常にチームワークを重視し、実践し、推進する。
You would be responsible for supervising operations of Italian Restaurant to deliver an excellent Guest Service experience.
1. Supervise operations
2. Prepare rosters and job schedules for team member, handle operation smoothly, conduct meeting with the other department and cost control to make maximum profit.
3. Evaluate team performance, provide feedback and conduct the training when necessary.
4. At all times understand, practice and promote the teamwork approach to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.

・イタリアンレストラン、もしくはバーテンダーのご経験
・優れたコミュニケーション能力とマネジメントスキル
