You would be responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest Service experience.
1. Supervise operations
2. Prepare rosters and job schedules for team member, handle operation smoothly, conduct meeting with the other department and cost control to make maximum profit.
3. Evaluate team performance, provide feedback and conduct the training when necessary.
4. At all times understand, practice and promote the teamwork approach to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.
