The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton’s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.
What will I be doing?
The Manager of CALA Loyalty Strategy will drive the reach, relevance, and impact of Hilton Honors in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) as our enterprise grows there. You will investigate, create, and activate initiatives that will allow us to achieve our loyalty and enterprise goals, and serve as the ultimate champion for our Hilton Honors and its members in the region!
You will report directly to the Director of Program Expansion, with whom you will partner to build strategies, influence the business, and motivate change.
