In our Regional office for Middle East, Africa and Türkiye in Dubai, we have an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have app 170 team members based in the Dubai office, we are social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA&T region from here.
A bit about the job(s):
Working in Hilton’s Regional office for Middle East, Africa and Türkiye will give the successful candidate valuable exposure about how the Commercial engine functions. With over 180 hotels, across 28 countries, this internship will open doors for an individual to work across various functions within the business – from Revenue to Sales and Marketing. As an intern, you will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in continued success. The intern will be assigned a mentor to offer their knowledge and experience towards their advancement, and to help bridge any skill gaps.
The intern will carry out a range of administrative and support activities, as well as having ownership of their own project-based initiatives.
Below are some of the typical tasks and responsibilities:
Joining Regional Commercial meetings involving various functions of the business.
Attending Commercial meetings in hotels to help drive strategy and/or projects.
Researching and identifying the top emerging trends impacting the Commercial outlook of the business.
Helping to creating executive presentations for regional meetings, regional stakeholders, and on-going projects.
Using online tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities.
Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
What are we looking for?

Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources to achieve outstanding results.
Advanced people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations.
Excellent time management, organisational, coordination and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Team-working skills and problem-solving skills along with accuracy and attention to detail.
Person should be engaging and a self-starter.
Microsoft Office skills is a must i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Must be in your second year of undergraduate study at the point of application.
Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
