*A TYPICAL DAY FOR YOU AT HH:*
* Reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors in students.
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed for new and current students.
* Create and/or update and implement Behavior Intervention Plans as needed for new and current students.
* Write Behavioral Recommendations when necessary (i.e., when an entire BIP does not need to be updated or when a new intervention should be tried to make sure it will be successful before updating the BIP).
* Write quarterly Progress Reports and conduct preference assessments as necessary.
* Choose appropriate data collection methods for behavior programming and provide consultation and assistance in academic programming and data collection as needed.
* Provide staff training on how to implement and carry out the daily data collection, new BIP’s, and/or clinical recommendations with staff sign-off, model behavior interventions, and give feedback.
* Help summarize and analyze skill acquisition data.
* Compile data for all students, analyze data weekly for student needs in order to adjust student programming as necessary. Update graphs at least monthly.
* Compile/update ABLLS assessments or other appropriate assessments as necessary (complete within 30 days of student starting school and update a minimum of 1x per year to IEP and/or 3yr Reeval).
* Participate as a member of the classroom IDT team to review student data, help modify student programming per data review as necessary, help develop IEP goals based on ABLLS and other assessments.
* Alternate doing home visits with classroom teachers to provide consistency between school and home environments and provide parents with student updates and progress.
* Conduct staff training and ABA orientation for new staff.
* Participate as a member of the Behavior Review Committee and attend BRC and Human Rights Committee meetings, preparing and providing any necessary reports and documentation.
* Meet with the Helping Hand “Behavior Team” at least 1 time per month.
* Review classroom incident and restraint reports, signing off as required and providing appropriate feedback, assistance, and training for classroom staff as necessary.
* Other duties as assigned.
*LAND THIS OPPORTUNITY BY HAVING:*
* Must have completed the hours necessary to sit for BCBA exam.
* Must become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the timeline outlined in their agreement with Helping Hand’s Human Resources team.
* Masters Degree (Applied Behavior Analysis)
* Experience working with children aged 3-22 years.
* Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other diagnosis (i.e., intellectual disability, developmental delay, etc.)
* Ability to promote and adhere to company values.

*SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:*
* On-site position, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
* Salary range $65,000-$71,950/year (exempt)
* Salary based on skills and experience
