Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide executive assistance to the President of HCPro, wholly owned subsidiary of AHIMA, and is responsible for the organization of the office workflow. The EA will have an exceptional level of attention to detail and an ability to think critically. Effective communication and forward-thinking skills are required to manage the fast- paced needs of the company. As there are always competing interests, the EA will be able to make decisions and manage multiple projects effectively. The EA fosters excellent communication both internally and externally and works well with AHIMA administrative team who support the AHIMA CEO and Executive Team. An ability to work effectively on complex tasks independently. Understanding of confidentiality and an ability to maintain absolute discretion.
