Your tasks and responsibilities may include:
• You will communicate effectively and work with physicians and/or other members of the interdisciplinary team in meeting patient needs.
• You will actively contribute to and work toward hospital wide improvement in meeting core measures, patient safety and service excellence goals.
• You will assess clinical data trends and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• You will develop and coordinate the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and identified best practices to address areas of need across the continuum of care.
• You will coordinate on-site surveys and mock surveys and consultations.
• You will educate leaders, staff, medical staff, and other stakeholders on accreditation process and requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Related Field required. Master’s Degree or Clinical Nurse Leader Degree preferred
· Three years’ experience in healthcare field; data collection and analysis experience
· Current Florida State Registered Nurse License
· Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills/Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc
