POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be the go-to for our partner-related initiatives, supporting their talent acquisition efforts and our events. Join our team and help top talent meet their career goals! We are looking for a natural builder with excellent communication skills that is driven to learn new digital platforms and skills. You work well with an extended team in a virtual work environment, can manage your tasks and time, but also know when to ask for help and guidance. You’re creative, are self-motivated, and love to build relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Communications – 25%
Partnerships Marketing & Communications – 30%
for partners, including but not limited to Recruitment Events, Executive Leadership Tours, Branding, and the
ERG Symposium.
logistics and successful execution.
HACE Career Center– 25%
advertising to drive membership to HACE’s Career Center and attendance to virtual career fairs.
Event Support – 20%
tangible KPI’s (i.e. Audience growth, engagement)
QUALIFICATIONS
center-related experience a plus.
Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Microsoft, Clickup, Mighty Networks, HubSpot CRM and specific social media platforms.
