About the Role
We’re looking for a remote Executive Assistant to the CEO to audit, manage, and optimize our CEO’s schedule, balancing their business and personal tasks to enhance their overall impact. You will organize the CEO’s daily activities, manage communications across various channels, and provide comprehensive operational and project management support. Your role is crucial in enabling the CEO to achieve their goals, ensuring effective time use, and facilitating their personal and professional objectives.
Your will be conducting daily briefings with the CEO to address immediate challenges, crafting daily executive summaries for decision-making, and managing a scorecard tracking the CEO’s performance across his personal and professional goals. You’ll handle email correspondence, manage appointments, and ensure thorough follow-up on meeting actions. Additionally, your role involves growing the CEO’s professional network and building their personal brand through LinkedIn.
Given the unique nature of the role, integrating both business and personal aspects, your weekly schedule will vary from the conventional 9-5:
Our executive operational strategy is rooted in the CEO-focused productivity and time management principles from the book “Buy Back Your Time.” Initially, you’ll provide executive support to the CEO, with the potential to extend your responsibilities to the COO, following the same activity framework.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3-5+ years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Project Coordinator, with a particular focus on technology environments. You are recognized for your reliability, consistency, and proactive mindset. Your expertise in project management and operational efficiency is evident in your track record. You have strong written communication skills – perhaps you have some copywriting experience – and can adapt your writing style to our CEO’s. You have high emotional intelligence, making you quite skilled at collaborating and coordinating with various teams and company leaders.
Your performance will be assessed based on your ability to effectively manage the CEO’s time and objectives, which will be reflected in daily and weekly scorecards. These scorecards will measure the time you have saved for the CEO and the progress made in achieving his professional and personal goals.
This position reports directly to the CEO and may extend to support the COO in the future.

Working Hours: 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday (8AM-9AM and 6PM-12AM PKT), and 4 hours on Sunday (9PM-1AM PKT).
Full-time vs Part-time: Full-time (~40 hours/week)
Level: Intermediate (3-5 years of relevant work experience), Senior (6+ years of relevant work experience)
Compensation: 🇨🇦~CAD$963-1,300/month (🇵🇰200-270K PKR/month), depending on experience
