Work Location: –the selected candidate will work remotely within the continental US, provided that standard Eastern time zone core business hours are kept. Quarterly trips to our offices in Akron, Ohio may be required.

Builds effective teams that drive engagement with the CRM network. Expert understanding of sales, marketing and service use of the customer relationship management ecosystem. Develops business policies and ensures adherence to supporting procedures. Drives CRM results. Works closely with business team leaders to align CRM strategy and practice with organizational needs.
* Directs others to better understand CRM Strategy, processes and system integrations and use.
* Communicates effective CRM Strategy and usage techniques pertaining to a variety of customer interactions and system integrations.
* Manages complex and global projects with high visibility and aligns available resources to enterprise and business unit strategies.
* Partners with GOJO sales, sales operations, marketing, services and key trade leadership.
* Understands use and benefits of CRM (Salesforce.com), digital marketing (Marketo) and digital adoption software (WalkMe).
* Administers the sales enablement platform (Highspot) and strategizes its continuous improvement (can be trained)
* Builds digital adoption solutions in WalkMe (can be trained)
* Assists in setting annual CRM bonus goals for Sales/Sales Operations teams and associated analytics and scorecarding.
* Teams with analysts to measure results, publish reports and generate actionable insights.
* Leverages sound management principles to create new ways of working, produces current-state and future-state documentation for targeted CRM Ecosystem processes.
* Plans and aligns project management and change management techniques.
* Identifies, proves and communicates best practices.
* Teams with Learning & Development to create & deliver training with an emphasis on engagement.
* Leads CRM ecosystem training for new sellers, process changes for existing users, and new users.
* Creates and delivers presentations at national sales meetings and leadership teams.
* Has direct contact with GOJO sellers and trade customers to support CRM engagement.
* Acts as a key contact for sales, sales operations, field sales, inside sales, marketing and services to understand process intersections across departments.
* Facilitates and demonstrates for user groups to champion CRM activities and tools to support marketing strategies, competitive intelligence and maximize channel dynamics.
* Adheres to processes and policies.
* Resolves problems and issues.
