As a Personal Assistant, your role will involve providing extensive support to the company, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. Your duties will encompass, but not be limited to:
Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings to ensure timely reminders and preparations.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and responding as required.
Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips and events.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as drafting documents, preparing presentations, and maintaining records.
