JOB SUMMARY:
At Global Atlantic, the role of VP, Human Resources Business Partner is an integral part of the business leadership team. In NYC, the HRBP role will be responsible for driving the alignment of business, HR strategies and initiatives for assigned business units. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Business Partners, you will work closely with leadership to improve business performance, prepare the talent of the future, and further the culture of Global Atlantic. The expectation of our organization is that the HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and coach to theassigned teams. As both a strategic partner and a hands on and detail driven expert, they will provide insights, counsel, and change leadership to the business on how to effectively move the business forward. Building partnerships across the HR function, the HRBP will proactively share information and develop integrated solutions in response to business demand. Using HR metrics, the HRBP will drive recommendations that improve performance, retention, and employee engagement in close partnership with the broader HR functions. The HRBP is expected to develop strong business acumen about our business, its financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. Close partnerships with our Executives as well as their direct report teams will allow the right person an ability to operate at a senior level having significant influence on the direction of our organization.

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. The annual base salary range provided in this posting for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. The base salary range for this role is $110,433 to $262,786.
