The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
* Ensuring all Giotto Enterprises Companies are fully staffed
* Work closely with Giotto Enterprises company leadership and department leaders to assess for open positions and hiring qualifications,
* Track employee retention rates throughout Giotto Enterprises companies,
* Align with Human Resources department to follow documented hiring procedures and requirements,
* Maintain up to date job postings on our websites,
* Attend job fairs, source candidates online and post advertisements in appropriate channels,
* Conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates to ensure proper qualifications,
* Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates throughout interviewing process,
* Drive next steps throughout interview process and serve as an intermediary in negotiations,
* Create and manage programs to assist in enhancing the onboarding process,
* Continuously foster the relationship with new employees to understand career goals and communicate these goals with their corresponding company’s leadership and department head,
* Act as a liaison for all employees who may want to shift roles or apply for promotions internally within Giotto Enterprises companies,
* Manage workplace anniversary program to recognize years of dedication,
* Initiate new programs as needed to lift morale of all employees,
* Regularly attend social committee meetings.

*Qualifications*
* 5+ years of recruiting, human resources, or related relevant experience
* Proficiency with LinkedIn and other job sourcing tools
* Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working experience with MS Office products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
