We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance the brand presence of Arizona College of Nursing and its campuses. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing impactful social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of the latest trends. Your creativity will shine as you find innovative ways to engage with our students and followers, fostering strong relationships and elevating our College brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate highly effective social media strategies to raise brand awareness, increase followers, and foster brand loyalty.
Create and curate compelling social media content across multiple campuses and platforms.
Capture and edit captivating photos and videos of students and colleagues to enhance our social media presence.
Engage with students to facilitate user-generated content and build meaningful connections.
Provide guidance and oversight to Social Media Specialists, ensuring consistent engagement with followers, prompt response to inquiries, and effective execution of our social media strategy.
Develop and execute a response strategy for online reviews, maintaining a positive online reputation for the College.
Cultivate strong relationships with campus leaders, students, colleagues, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of social media initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to support and enhance public relations and marketing campaigns.
Prepare comprehensive reports to measure and communicate social media performance and results to the marketing team and leadership.
Ensure social media content complies with industry regulations and internal compliance standards.
Serve as an expert on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience.
Five or more years of experience leading organic and boosted social media platforms.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for design.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness and foster loyalty.
Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms.
Proficiency in social media management software, experience with Hootsuite and Tint is a plus.
Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
Experience in social media crisis management and working in highly regulated industries is desirable.
