About The Role
You will play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibilities will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This position requires effective collaboration with various teams within the organization to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.
Screen and select candidates who align with our company’s values and technical requirements, and facilitate their progression through the interview process.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
Conduct thorough reference and background checks to verify candidate credentials and experience.
Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, providing support and information as needed.
Gather feedback from hiring managers post-interview, contributing to decisions on next steps.
Craft offer letters and coordinate initial onboarding logistics with relevant departments.
Lead new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition for incoming team members.
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus activities to promote our employer brand.
Maintain compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to our overall recruitment success.
Desired Soft Skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for conducting insightful interviews.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws and guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in human resources or a related field is necessary.
Holding a SHRM-CP certification or SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Recruitment is advantageous.
