Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Navigator Pro: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients and partners, bolstering our business development endeavors.
Qualifications
Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a virtual secretary or executive assistant, preferably in tech-oriented or data-driven environments.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho), and video conferencing tools is essential. Familiarity with data analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
Organizational Wizardry: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage complex schedules, and streamline information flow with ease.
Communication Mastery: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
Analytical Insight: Interest in leveraging data for decision-making, with the ability to extract basic insights from client, project, or sales data.
Bonus Points: Previous experience in advertising or insurance industries is highly desirable.
