Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and strong organizational skills to join our team. Responsibilities
Collaborate with team leaders to manage day-to-day operations
Provide support in recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement in partnership with human resources
Offer performance management, coaching, and mentoring for managers and new professionals
Supervise and coordinate with external vendors in areas such as bookkeeping, accounting, legal, IT, HR, and corporate governance
Assist in the development/updating of various company processes
Plan and coordinate company events, as well as employee and client travel
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (strongly preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience with a professional services organization
Paralegal certification or experience highly desirable
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and related technologies
Familiarity with HR systems, preferably JazzHR or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other cloud-based business systems
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills with attention to detail
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations; experience with accounting/bookkeeping strongly preferred
Maintenance of confidential records such as employee files, contracts, legal documents, etc.
