Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations based on business requirements and data sources.
– Create efficient and optimized Tableau data models and data connections for different data sources, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
– Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions.
– Troubleshoot data and performance issues within Tableau dashboards and recommend solutions to enhance overall performance and user experience.
– Implement best practices for data visualization design to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in presenting complex data sets.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
– professional experience in developing Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
– Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
– Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user experience.
– Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
– Experience in data modeling, data blending, and data preparation within Tableau.
– Ability to work with large and complex datasets from various sources.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

– Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for data and analytics.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 per Annum. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
