Inviting applications for the role of Business analyst – 4A, WFM, VBA, Excel!
This area is a key function within the Bank, producing regular reporting and harnessing data by working closely with multiple areas, to help provide data insight to improve both the customer and colleague experience.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Analytical/Numerical skills
- Self-motivation and can work both independently and as a team
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to think outside the box and to adapt to an ever changing environment
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational & planning skills with the ability to work proactively and unsupervised when required
- Presentation skills & ability to tailor approach to a variety audience
- MS office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of work prioritization
- Good influencing skills / Ability to manage & influence upwards
- Be proactive in identifying ways to improve processes
- Working knowledge of controls management
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation Degree or equivalent level qualification
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Working knowledge of Banking Operations processes
- Working knowledge of Work Manager or other WFM systems
- Previous experience in forecasting resource requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal supervision following guidelines
- Experience and knowledge of building and maintaining Relational Database Management Systems
