As the Human Resources Director at FCR, Inc., you will serve as a key strategic partner to the Families and Communities Rising (FCR) Executive Team and a strong operator responsible for planning, leading, developing, and supporting the implementation of all functions of Human Resources across the employee lifecycle to include HR Operations, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Professional Development.
What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Human Resources Leadership: Partner with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), FCR Executive Team, and other stakeholders as a thought leader aligning HR strategy to support the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with leadership to understand the organization’s goals and align best practices in Talent Acquisition to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
Total Rewards: Collaborate with FCR leadership to consistently evaluate, develop, and administer a Total Rewards strategy in alignment with the strategic and financial goals of the organization.
Talent Management and Development: Develop, implement, refine, and oversee consistent frameworks for job descriptions, role scoping, orientation, performance management, talent and succession planning, and professional development.
Policy, Compliance, and Employee Relations: Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and provides support to managers across FCR in performance and employee relations issues.

What you’ll bring to the table:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
HR Certification preferred, including PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role leading a team and working with senior-level leadership.
Strong understanding and successful implementation of HR laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior-level leadership to develop, implement, and sustain HR programs that align with and directly support the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
Demonstrated experience driving process improvement within an HR function.
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, and related software.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is a full-time position. Normal work schedule Monday thru Friday 8 am – 5 pm. However, work hours may vary depending on stakeholder schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the organization. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The environment – at times – may be fast-paced and require a high level of skill and self-awareness in managing time, requests, and commitments. Approximately 5-10% local and domestic overnight travel may be required and may include one or more of the following: Day and/or overnight, by plane and/or car. You will be required to sit and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day. You will be required to bend; and have the capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.
