The Role
This position will provide administrative support for the Regulatory Affairs and Transportation Technology teams by navigating through shifting priorities and enabling the Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs and the Directors to meet the organization’s goals. This position will work both within the Global Public Policy team and across the company.
This role requires a high degree of accuracy, coordination, and collaboration to manage a broad scope of tasks and responsibilities. These include schedule and calendar management, meeting agendas, staff communications, coordination of travel, expenses, and events. A successful candidate for this position will be someone who has consistent attention to detail, robust organizational and reasoning skills, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to handle all responsibilities in a discreet and efficient manner. Expert level use of MS Office products is also a requirement.
