Sr. D&T Analyst – Supply Chain
OVERVIEW:
The Digital &Technology Solutions Delivery teams provide new capabilities (people, process, technology) and systems support to General Mills Supply Chain business partners. Team members provide important leadership in connecting supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) across IT and business teams to ensure end to end processes align with business strategy and deliver against business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first class service and support of existing processes and systems, primarily in Maximo- Maintenance Operations. Implement new applications or system functionality in support of Maintenance Operations.
- Diagnose problems and restore service promptly by working with system users, other members of the IS Department, software vendors, and service providers.
- Carry out assigned activities during system releases, system upgrades and the application of Maximo and system fixes.
- Analyze user requirements, plan and execute approved development projects, in partnership with product team members, business users and IT.
- Learn the business processes associated with Maintenance and Plant/Engineering Purchases.
- Partner with the business to translate business requirements into system capability.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Maximo
- 5-7 years experience working in related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience establishing strong working relationships with business partners
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries, and influence others
- Ability to define and manage internal projects and milestones and demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with automating controls, data and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and Java
- Experience in Manufacturing environment and processes
- Experience with Maintenance process
- Experience with purchasing indirect materials
- Experience with Agile
CONSIDERATIONS:
- We are open to 100% remote candidates with occasional travel based on business needs.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $90100.00 – $150300.00 / Annually.
