Job Description

A key member supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Freshworks based in Bellevue, WA. Work alongside these leaders and teams as an Executive Assistant. You will report directly to the CRO and work closely with the CRO’s Chief of Staff on daily business operations.

• Own and proactively manage a complex, changing, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones
• Work with the Chief of Staff to manage CRO’s schedule
• Make recommendations for the Executive in regard to their time management
• Seamlessly coordinate extensive domestic and international travel including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas and other travel documentation
• Compile receipts to submit timely and accurate expense reports on a monthly basis
• Support the Chief of Staff plan events such as team all-hands, off-sites, team building activities and company kick-offs as needed
• Work with the Chief of Staff team to send internal and external communications on behalf of Executive as needed
• Assist in booking interviews, liaising between the hiring team and the candidate, and coordinating onboarding of new hires
• Provide coverage for other management team member EAs, as needed
• Must be able to work flexible hours to support international business meetings
• Partner with the Workplace Team, HR, IT and Security to resolve any logistical issues

Qualifications

• Previous 7+ years of administrative experience supporting a C-Staff Executive (CRO/Sales leader equivalent preferred) at a quickly-scaling or large company
• Successful history of managing the calendars, expenses, and travel of multiple executives
• Experience predicting, prioritizing, and assisting an executive’s workload
• Extensive technical skills in Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc
• Approachable and effective communicator across various communication channels and with all levels of the organization
• Schedule and follow up on customer meetings
• Must be proactive and able to deal with ambiguity, prioritize own work and resources, and juggle multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact autonomously with internal and external partners
• Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to adopt technical tools quickly
• Possess an ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Event coordination and creative event planning experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in a start-up environment preferred
• A desire to learn, have fun and work hard
• A sincere willingness to help out
• Able to work collaboratively with other EAs across the organization

Additional Information

Washington Pay Range: $112,000-182,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
