BASIC FUNCTION: The Bar back completes all set-ups in a timely manner and ensures that beverage supplies are available during service.

Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age upon employment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must possess a valid employee alcohol permit.
Previous beverage experience and experience dealing with the public preferred.
Must be hands-on.
Must always present a hospitality mentality–warm and generous.
Must always ensure a teamwork environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Keeps bars stocked with beer and liquor.
Stocks ice supply as needed.
Cleans bars, beer cooler and liquor room at end of each day.
May assist in the cleaning of the outlet (i.e. windows/doors cleaned, floors swept daily, machines cleaned daily, display coolers cleaned daily, tables/chairs, etc.).
Follows all company procedures involving gaming regulations.
Follows all procedures involving Indiana alcohol rules and regulations.
Keeps all glasses clean and restocked.
Takes out trash as needed.
Must assist patrons in answering questions.
May assist in greeting and seating of guests as they enter the restaurant including verification of authentication for government-issued domestic or international ID’s.
May assist in the delivery of food, drinks, and other items from the kitchen to the dining room tables or from the storage area to the restaurant.
May mix alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for guests of the bar or restaurant and perform duties according to Resort policies and procedures.
Assures exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
Performs other related duties capable of being performed as requested by Management.
