We’re looking for a multi-talented Kitchen Manager who can help us deliver the best customer service and food experiences in our popular seaside inn in Maine. You’ll lead a small, hardworking team that is responsible for buffet breakfasts, dinner service and event banquets for our guests. Your culinary leadership will ensure that our guests have a locally inspired, memorable food experience that caters to a variety of seaside vacationers and events.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll have a hands-on approach to menu development, team management, culinary expertise, safety protocol, and client service. You’ll also play a key role in helping us meet budget requirements and execute catering events. Duties include:
