The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is responsible for call/email responses to marketing leads with the highest propensity for converting to qualified opportunities. Marketing and Sales are a team. This role is at the center of that partnership by taking marketing leads and reaching out to them to convert them into opportunities. The LDR is the first impression to prospects reaching out to Flexera for information and conducting research to learn if they want to partner with us.
We’re looking for those who want to learn how to interact with and listen to prospects to solve their software challenges and those who want to create a foundation in Sales to help propel them forward in their career. This role is best suited for those interested in sales, curious to learn the marketing/sales process and gain prospecting skills in the technology software industry.
