As a Sr. HRBP, you will interface with all levels of the organization and demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning, strong business acumen, and the ability to function in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment. Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Strategic HR Partnerships, you will serve as the subject matter expert on all things talent when it comes to your client group. Your focus will be to help your client groups succeed by providing strategic business partnership and coaching to senior leadership, particularly focusing on areas of talent management, culture, engagement, organizational design, workplace planning, and employee relations. You will also work closely with your colleagues in Recruiting, HR Operations, Finance, and Compensation to ensure a seamless partnership between the business and our support teams. We are currently seeking two HR business partners to complete our team – one focused on our Technology & Product business areas and one focused on our Operations, Solutions, & Finance business areas.

The salary range for this role is $133,200 to $155,400 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary based on individual performance.
