FedTech is a deep tech catalyst that runs Startup Studio, Accelerator and Internal Innovation programming that supports the commercialization of breakthrough technologies from over 60 research partners across industry, government, business, and academia. We are looking for a superhero to manage and execute our company-wide growth strategy and implementation. This includes managing our marketing and sales teams. You will have a small team to help execute your strategy which will ideally grow to a larger team in the near future and report directly to the leaders of the company.

Salary Range: $150 – 175K
Flexible. Upside in bonus, rapid career progression, and ability to earn equity.

Location
For the right candidate, this job can be managed remotely with occasional travel to our headquarters and client sites for in-person meetings.
