The Human Resource Business Partner will lead the HR functions for a fast-growing division of the organization. This role is a key component to helping drive growth and engagement for the entire group from front line to the executive. This role will participate in the full gamut of the employee life cycle in addition to projects designed to move the company forward.
*Duties/Responsibilities: *
· Partners with assigned client group to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
· Provides support and guidance to managers and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
· Manages the talent acquisition process with the RPO, which may include interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, technician and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; collaborates with HR staff and leadership to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
· Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviews policies and practices.
· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

*Education and Experience: *
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· Five-Seven+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
· SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred
· Exposure to compensation function
· Familiarity with acquisitions and integrations
*Physical Requirements: *
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Open to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
