A leading fashion company is seeking a Chargeback Coordinator
- Work with factor on any cash adjustments, invoice, or POD issues
- Daily collection calls and send statements on past due accounts
- Check customer portals for payments and chargeback issue
- Code chargebacks to appropriate division and reason code, prepare write offs as needed
- Review with customer any discrepancies regarding pricing, discounts, allowances, and shortages: dispute and claims that are not valid
- Follow up with sales team on any allowances given and make sure necessary documentation is provided
- Review compliance claims with warehouse and operations department as well as production.
Skills
- At least 3+ years in receivables and working with major retailers
- Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
- MAC/PC proficiency with Excel, and Word
- Exenta, ERP, Simparel is a plus
- Formal Education
