We are seeking a Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a well-organized professional to provide the necessary support to the field sales team as well as our current store base both in the way of in house sales and customer service as well as attending corporate trade shows. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike for any customer service/product inquiries. In this position you will play a critical role in the success and continued development, growth and overall sales of all brands within the company and work closely with our in house team on all customer service efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new accounts.
• Answer phones and help customers troubleshoot and place orders.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential accounts and working with regional sales reps at regional and national trade shows.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans and progress.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and fashionable appearance both in office and at trade shows.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and working with the overall customer service effort.
• Office liaison for sales rep team to provide all pertinent product, customer service and inventory questions.
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and enter sales orders as needed.
• Organize client correspondence and paperwork and keep excellent notes in office and at trade shows for follow up.
• Plan and participate in all regional trade shows as needed as well as the set up of all trade shows.
• Prepare letters and emails to clients to provide clarification and prospecting new accounts.
• Manage all the digital platforms to support nationwide and in house selling.
• Support sales team with all sample requests, line sheets, photos, etc.
• Manage incoming inquiries for sales via phone, email, website, social media
• Ability to convert incoming inquiries to sales.
• Responding to complaints from customers and relaying all pertinent information to relevant staff members to resolve
• Provides general administrative support

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing or other related field preferably in the ladies clothing industry.
• 4 year Bachelor or 2 year Associates Degree preferred, High School diploma required.
• Ability to build excellent rapport with clients, must possess great interpersonal skills, presentation and networking skills
• Highly energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude with a great phone voice
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service are essential.
• Excellent computer skills and must be able to easily navigate QuickBooks Inventory Management Software for Wholesale & Manufacture or other similar data based software.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Photoshop knowledge a plus.
• Must be a highly professional and a fashion forward individual as we are a fashion based company
• Must be a team player and willing to learn other roles so as to work within office priorities as needed
