Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to identify and connect with potential candidates who meet the set criteria.
Conduct thorough research and employ various search techniques to source high-quality candidates.
Engage with candidates and build a network of potential hires, establishing strong relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on the established criteria, ensuring a fit with the company’s requirements.
Recommend qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
Requirements
Previous Experience:
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, utilizing social media platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience in maintaining candidate databases.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for identifying quality candidates.
Experience in providing administrative support in a recruitment or HR environment.
Skills
Strong proficiency in using social media platforms for talent sourcing, particularly LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as spreadsheets and databases.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
