Business Development Manager for a Boutique Recruitment Agency – Remote working from India

We are a small, boutique specialist recruitment and headhunting firm, based in London, UK. We have a vacancy for an experienced and talented Business Development Manager to join our team on a long term basis. This role will be full time (40 hours per week), with fully remote home working permitted from the outset.
About the role
The new hire will be supporting our Director of Recruitment, looking for new clients for our company to work with. You will be responsible for analysing new leads (usually from job adverts on LinkedIn and other job pages etc), finding the relevant point of contact or decision maker, and then introducing our business to them via phone/email, with a view to agreeing for us to submit job applications to the new client.
What we expect from you
· Previous experience or knowledge of the recruitment industry
· Strong Experience in business development via phone / email
· Excellent standard of written and spoken English
