ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of recruiting throughout the organization, achieved through the development of best practices.
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent in line with business needs and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
· Proactively identify, in conjunction with Business Unit Heads recruitment needs on an ongoing basis.
§ Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, by identifying and building business cases for establishing appropriate recruitment channels as well as identify candidates through headhunting, on-line database portals, LinkedIn and third party recruitment agencies.
