Job Summary:
The School of Education, in the College of Professional Programs at
Eastern Washington University is currently inviting applications to fill a Lecturer, Education Field
Supervision, special faculty position to start January 3, 2022 (Winter term) or April 3, 2022 (Spring term).
The Education Program is seeking a colleague with a strong commitment to students, collegiality, and outside partnerships. The
faculty member hired for this position will be welcomed into an academic community dedicated to cultural diversity, community engagement,
and social justice. To support the recruitment and retention of diverse educators into the teacher workforce, we highly encourage

for this position will:
Faculty are expected to engage in effective
teaching and assessment of student learning. Additionally, the candidate selected for this position may be expected to teach face-to-face
classes, hybrid or blended classes and/or online classes according to the needs of the department, if needed.

Candidates are
required to use their own transportation to get to and from schools. Washington State mileage reimbursement will apply.
This
position, during the course of university employment will be involved in the receipt of, or accountability for, university funds or other
items of value; as well as the unsupervised access with the developmentally disabled, vulnerable adults or children under the age of 16. The
offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion and passing of a background check prior to beginning employment.

Information: The expected salary upon hire is $55,509.
