This position exist to implement talent acquisition activities in line organisational requirement and help to improve the current process, championing best practices of recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience in optimised cost
1 Build and freeze annual hiring plans with HR Head.
2 Responsible for supporting full lifecycle of recruitment process from requisition to on- boarding.
3 Determines vacant position requirements by studying job description and oraganisational charts
4 Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates via various sourcing methods including advertising (Naukri/LinkedIn) and headhunting
5 Responsible for arranging interviews and conducting competency based interviews as well as identifying and implementing screening assessments where appropriate.
6 Active involvement in coordinating activities from screening and interviewing to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
7 Issuing offer & appointment letters
8 Notify IT department for asset requirements & organizing Induction Program for new hires.
9 Trigger emails to HOD (welcome note), Vendor (I-card request) & generate Portal ID.
10 Organize employee file & ensure necessary documents are placed accordingly.
11 Maintaining records & handling audit related to talent acquisition and induction process.
12 Maintain excellent working relationships with hiring managers, employees and candidates.
13 Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
14 Formulating recruitment cost analysis report
15 Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
16 Responsible for Job Portal renewal and Vendor Tie-ups.
17 Analysing recruitment module on continuous basis and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements.
18 Preparing manpower budget and submit to HR head for review
19 Maintaining replacement cost within defined guidelines
20 Offer & Appointment letter issuance to selected candidate after approval from management
21 Maintaining and updating records as per audit standards
22 Preparing and maintaining recruitment MIS
