Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of successful placements. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. Proficiency in using HR software (e.g., Applicant Tracking System like Zoho Recruit) and professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn). Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks and projects effectively. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
