Reporting to the Talent Manager, this role assists in all facets of talent acquisition methods and strategies. The Talent Specialist helps to find, attract, and hire new employees to fill open positions and meet the company’s workforce needs. Additionally, this roles creates and maintains excellent relationships with schools and students, and assists with onboarding and employee recognition programs. This role plays an essential part in the execution of the Talent Management function.

This is a salaried (exempt) position.DI offers a full benefit package including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance along with Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance and Supplemental Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity.
