Care Coordinator I, Housing Specialist – TAY (Glendale Transitional Aged Youth)
This position is hybrid. The pay range for this position is between $24.24 – $26.93 hourly.

Summary
This position is responsible for facilitating stable living environments for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) clients of Our Third Place (OTP). This includes assessing clients’ housing needs, collaborating with various stakeholders and coordinating resources to secure appropriate and supportive housing options. This position will work closely with clients to develop personalized housing plans that address both short-term and long-term goals. Through collaboration with community partners and housing agencies, this position will create a network of resources that will help promote housing stability for OTP clients.
