The Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, standard operating hours between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. The position is on a hybrid schedule. This position requires flexibility to work later hours as needed.
Job Overview
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for generating reports and analyzing data and information to help Cascadia Health make better business decisions. They work with a variety of different types of data from various systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and smaller data systems. They assist the agency by collecting meaningful data and providing trusted information, enabling leadership to make data driven decisions. Reporting Analysts present their findings in a clear and compelling way that helps leadership understand the implications of their analysis. The analyst will work as a part of a larger team in order provide agile response to customer requests, as well as to design and develop overall solutions that meet client business requirements.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree: Computer science, information systems, information management, business administration, statistics, or relevant analytical discipline with focus on data sciences. Candidates with a relevant experience and/or technical certifications would also be considered.
SQL coding required. Advanced Excel required.
Experience
Minimum of two years professional experience within the data sciences required
Preferred experience with EPIC, or other EHR systems
Preferred experience working in a healthcare organization

Working Conditions
Environmental: Work is generally performed in an office setting at an administrative office building. The position generally operates within standard business hours, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. May require flexibility to work later hours and weekends at times to meet job duties. This position may work in a hybrid environment (work from home and office)
Mental: Meal periods and breaks may be subject to interruption. Remaining aware of everyday risk or discomfort requiring standard safety precautions.
Physical Demands: Requires extensive periods of stationary time at a desk and use of keyboard and manipulation of data. Steady movement around the workspace. There is continuous verbal communication as well as visual awareness. Must articulate and convey complex information, identify results and demonstrate data visually through various modules, charts, and graphs.
