As a Transition Counselor you will be responsible for facilitating and administering ongoing Transitions inquiries and provides exemplary customer service to all tiers and/or levels of members of The Club and owners of Hilton Grand Vacations. Serving as point of contact by providing accurate information, assistance, and fulfills guest requests received by telephone, email, and internal systems.
