Job Title – Marketing Strategy Analyst

Role Description

The Business Management Analyst focuses on supporting activities, which are in the main to ensure the delivery of other Business Management team members’ responsibilities. The tasks with which a Business Management Analyst is involved may be biased toward liaison, collation and analytical tasks, which then aids the building their knowledge base. The involvement is likely to be limited to a selection from the range Business Management activities (cost, performance, headcount) at any one time. Typically the Business Management Analyst has no line reporting responsibilities and liaison is usually limited to internal contact points.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects related to global events and content
• Creating and maintaining project plans, checklists and timelines in consultation with the internal creative teams
• Preparing Event trackers and undertaking pre-event and post-event reporting and analytics
• Liaising with stakeholders and external vendors internationally to ensure delivery of project assets on time and within budget
• Obtaining approvals from all necessary stakeholders including Legal and Compliance for content and storing these in appropriate systems
• Documenting and continually analysing creative processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency
• Assisting withSet-up and execution of paid Social Media Campaigns
• Consulting with our Global Content Team and agencies to plan and implement traffic and leadgen campaigns
• Working on Meta and LinkedIn to set up target audiences, upload creative assets, schedule traffic and leadgen campaigns and manage media spend within active campaigns
• A-B testing campaign settings and approaches to improve effectiveness over time, providing recommendations to the Global Content Team and other stakeholders
• Responsibilities on campaign/marketing initiatives:
• Monitor and report on campaign/marketing initiatives performance and make data driven recommendations for optimization
• Use analytical tools to measure marketing effectiveness and track key performance indicators to provide insights to optimise marketing strategies and initiatives
• Conduct post campaign/initiatives analysis and make recommendations for future marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align marketing strategies and overall business objectives and ensure coordination and cohesive marketing efforts
• Assisting with the creation of presentations and reports for senior management
• Collating information from stakeholders and converting this into clear management intelligence to aid decision-making

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience within a larger/complex financial services organisation
• Experience in the planning, organisation and execution of events and/or multimedia content
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft software applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Teams.
• Skilled in running multiple, simultaneous projects with stringent deadlines
• Ability to coordinate longer-term initiatives and projects, as well as meet daily deliverables for various ongoing efforts
• Knowledge of wealth management, banking, and financial products preferable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong analytical skills
• Excellent problem solving, organisational, and time management skills
• Ability to assess issues, evaluate risks, and suggest corrective actions
• Leadership skills with the capacity to take initiative, as well as assume responsibility
• Detail oriented, while able to understand and focus on the key points
• Confidence in liaising across business lines and time zones
• Well-motivated and an enthusiastic team player, able to work with others in a fast-paced, independent, and dynamic financial environment
